So far Disaster Day of Crisis is a PAL only Wii title in English. It looks like Endless Ocean 2 and Another Code R have also been announced for PAL territories with no similar announcement for the US.

Are you talking about games that will only work in 50Hz, or games that were only released in Europe? If we're talking the latter, then here's a list I made a while back. Not sure if it's still valid:
Urban Extreme: Street Rage
Puzzle Balls
Go West: A Lucky Luke Adventure
Chegger's Party Quiz
Alan Hansen's Sports Challenge
Top Trumps Adventure
Top Trumps: Doctor Who
The Destiny of Zorro
PDC World Championship Darts 2008
Telly Addicts
Asterix at the Olympic Games
Harvest Moon: Magical Melody (though the rest of the world got a Gamecube version. They took so long localizing it for Europe that they moved it to the Wii instead)
Call for Heroes: Pompolic Wars
Hamster Heroes
Peter Pan's Playground
Adventures of Pinocchio
Crash Dummy vs. The Evil D-Troit (Or is this the same as "CID The Dummy"?)
Table Football
Battle Rage: The Robot Wars
Clever Kids: Farmyard Fun
Clever Kids: Pirates
Chess Crusade
WSC Real 08: World Snooker Championship
Defender of Law, Inc: Crime in Willburg
Biathlon 2009
Mr Bean's Wacky World
My Horse and Me 2
Horse Life 2
Gottlieb Pinball Classics (the rest of the world got a Gamecube version, released as "Pinball Hall of Fame")
Klaus Gronewalds Sports Challenge
Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
Wii Chess (this was recently released as WiiWare in Japan, so I imagine the disc version will remain a European exclusive)
Totally Spies: Totally Party
Agent Hugo: Lemon Twist

Disaster: Day of Crisis was released in Japan, so not technically a European exclusive. I'll be surprised if it doesn't eventually come to North America as well.

Infogrames changed their name to Atari in 2003.
