How can i tell how long it has been since my last license transfer?

I just called 1-800-4MY-XBOX and registered my new console. But the lady on the phone said that she had no way of knowing what date i did my last license transfer on. I tried doing the transfer on X-Box.com, but it just shows me that it was already done with my now broken XBOX. All i want to know is when i can transfer all of my 450+ downloads that i own over to my new console? It was anywhere from last February to last June. I just can not remember.

Huh? What is the operator talking about?

The "1 year rule" is only when a user transfers their own licenses. MS can do it as many times as they want. This was made clear last year when the transfer tool went live. Sounds like someone's shift was ending and they didn't feel like sticking around to do their job. Call them back, explain the situation, and they should take care of the transfer right away. This happens 100's of times a day.

I bought this console. I did not want a refurb with the old chip from them. All i want to know is when my 12 months is up, so that i can get my stuff transferred to the new one i just bought.
