I picked up a boxed copy of Action 52 on the Mega Drive at a flea market today. Does anyone have any idea what its worth?

Boxed $20-25
Loose $10-12

If its complete, I'd personally pay $20, and thats coming from a guy who refuses to spend $5 on a single Genesis game. I already have the cart but I need the box/manual.
