My housemates and I love playing Gamecube multiplayer, but we only have Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. can anyone recomened anything else? Whilst they are awesome we are getting a bit weary of the same 2 games constantly.

My friends and I have probably played multiplayer Super Monkey Ball more than any other Gamecube game. Wario Ware is also a blast.
Pac-Man World Rally is a well constructed Mario Kart clone.

Pacman vs is a must, the downside is you'll need a gba & a link cable to play it but for multiplayer it's priceless. It's almost criminal how much fun it is.

A few cool ones, although multiplatform:
Future Tactics: The Uprising ... a surprisingly enjoyable turn-based action/strategy game
Hunter: The Reckoning ... a cool Gauntlet clone
Timesplitters 2 ... awesome multiplayer fun to be had courtesy of a great weapon selection and zany deathmatch set-ups

Also, Timesplitters: Future Perfect is good. 007 Nightfire was another good FPS.
Gaunlet: Dark Legacy, Conflict Desert Storm 1 & 2, and pretty much all the other games in this thread are good as well.
Also, if you have 4 GBAs with link cables, Zelda four Swords Adventure is fun.

Star Fox Assault had an awesome multiplayer, though it gets old after you have done everything.

in rogue squadron 3 you can do a deathmatch type thing, plus you can play the all the missions from rogue squadron 2 in co-op mode. only 2 players though

Tetra's Trackers in the Japanese version of 4-Swords Adventures is a hell of a lot of fun, even if you can't understand Japanese.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the Lego Star Wars games. They are a blast multiplayer. You can get them on other systems, too, but still.
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles is also multiplayer.

I've got Mario Strickers and Monkey Ball 2 (more mini-games) both have been a blast, thanks guys and any more recomendations are more than welcome, the games don't have to be exclusives.

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
XIII - This shooter is so underrated and the multiplayer is very, very good, especially the mode where you all hunt down and chase Death.
