Hi,
I am an occasional visitor to these forums......
Probably asked this before, but I didn't actually have the game then;
I just got hold of ELITE for the NES :) Paid £16 for it (I bought a NES and 5 games for £14 the same day) It did not come with instructions though, and altough I have passed comabt training, and started playing, I can't figure out all of the contrrols. Particularly how to target and fire missiles - and also having trouble understanding the save options. Any help appreciated.
Also, need instructions for Konami Track & Field 2.
Thanks very much. :D

In other news, I have finally managed to assemble a full range of working BBC computers, including the illusive BBC Master Compact. Funny thing was, I eturned to the town I gre up in, and went into the local computer store for old times sake. I jokingly enquired wether they had any Master Compacts (specialist BBC discontinued in 1987 after 18 months production) - and they said "YES!". The same chap who sold me mine in 1986 sold me a mint/sealed one, and arranged shipping as it was too large to take on the train, all for under £100 :D
