Best Solution For Annoying PSP Screen Scratches?

It seems that the smallest sediments scratch the psp screen really easy. It's mega annoying whenever I'm playing a game. What is the best method of removing the scratches and is there a generally definitive screen protector? It's a Slim version PSP.

thanks but it doesn't have any screen protection and the reviews on the actual links are negative...my main issue is the screen. Anyone?
