I already emailed this asshole and told him he will go to jail and i will keep reporting his crap.
REPORT THIS SON OF A BITCH AT ALL COSTS!

That's what i got:
-----

I'm one of the naive ones who can't tell what's wrong, so please educate me. I notice the seller has 100% feedback.

Go to jail for what? What are you talking about and why were you e-mailing this guy?

hehe.. Ok.
First of all look and what else he sells.

http://i1.ebayimg.com/01/i/001/0f/79/c269_1.JPG
Secondly. The box shows a lot of use on the edges and on the opening flaps. Inside the wrap? no way...
http://i16.ebayimg.com/03/i/001/31/5f/1302_12.JPG
Thirdly - the shrinkwrap is simply home-made. The seams are rubbish and many garbage on it..Homemade thermo wrapping..
More - the seam on back is fake. It should overlap a little on top and bottom. It cannot be completely straight.
More - fake kay-bee sricker! BWAHAHAHA.. This is even funny. He even hid the price with a black marker. Maybe there was a 0.99$ price for condoms?? hmm... we'd never know...

For scam and fraud of cause.
Sealed collecting is a an expensive habit and serious business. I am completely infuriated when i see such things.
I lost many $ on reseals and i am very educated now and try to educate others.
His perfect feedback only means he is extremely good at his job.
Look at that Gamecube game. This is complete RIPOFF and it got sold! Amazing.
And i won't be surprised if that zelda will sell to some noob. This i am trying to prevent.
Report the bastard.

I know you don't live in the United States and don't understand our legal system, but you are making some really strong allegations there with not much to back them up. There are very specific requirements for fraud, including knowledge by the seller that the representations the seller is making are false.
I have seen many SNES games sealed in the way that the Zelda in the picture was, particularly from Kay Bee which bought a lot of distributor overstock. I would agree with you that it may not be factory sealed, but I don't think this guy is necessarily trying to pull a scam since he probably bought it sealed from KB. Box damage on the corners can be caused by the machines that actually pack the contents into the box which is why there only seems to be damage on one flap as opposed to all around the box which is what you would see if it were used. I really doubt anyone is dumb enough to think the other items you pictured are factory sealed, so I don't really know why you are so concerned.

Differentiate factory seal from store reseal. That's it. And that dude reseals all his stuff himself. That's obvious.
We talk about expensive games here, not some junk. And seller wants serious money for what he calls "a factory sealed game". Which is nothing but a fraud. Selling used games as FACTORY NEW. Do you think it's funny to buy a game for 300$ and find out that it's actual price is 20$ and it's used inside? I don't think so.
Learn people.... learn a lot...

In my opinion, the tailspin has def been resealed, and I would also say there is a 90% chance the Zelda was resealed. Check his feedback about the 'new' super nintendo system. The buyer says it wasn't new and it was returned, and the seller re-listed it as new.
Thanks for posting about this seller, he is quite shady.

How would you find out that it is used inside if you never open it?

I opened some suspicious "factory sealed" games. And they were used inside.
Like this one for example.

For modern games - i don't know. But for retro - Masterobeewan is just a reseller, he's buying pretty much every cheap sealed stuff and resells it for profit...He does not care if it's factory sealed or not.. Or do not know. I don't know...But he sold a 2500$ worth sega saturn reseals to my friend. After a big hype everything was refunded but he relisted SAME GAMES again as Factory sealed and resold em to someone! After i asked him why he did it i was blocked from bidding and he never responded to me anymore.
Be warned.

He... shrinkwrapped the system INSIDE of the box?
Well, that there proves that he shrinkwraps SOME things and has the materials to do so.

I sense much hatred in you.
I agree that he really needs to be clearer on his games being reseals. That being said, those who really care can spot the fakes and those who can't... probably should learn before they shell out big $ for a title.

I know it's buyer beware and all, but it's lame that you have to educate yourself to spot tiny little flaws so you don't get ripped off from someone outright lying to you on ebay, and the guy still continues to do business.

Well, take this as you may DarkSol but the guy has been a member for 9 years and has 100% feedback?? How do you even go about that nowaday's if your ripping people off?
Dark_Sol

Easy. Private feedback, wise words, refunding, evasive descriptions. and so on. Scams are good at what they are doing. They are not dumb.
Look here for example:
http://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/icon/iconNeu_16x16.gifItem was not new. Seller refunded money, but relisted item as new again.sotc2 (http://myworld.ebay.com/sotc2) ( 27 (http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=sotc2)http://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/icon/iconYellowStar_25x25.gif)
