search google for racketboy, I bought a few off of him and they all worked fine.

I had one that didn't work from racketboy. He was more than glad to ship a replacement. I second that recommendation.

I was looking for a Saturn mod chip recently and had a rough time. Every place that usually has them in stock was sold out. Looks like demand isn't that high anymore so new ones aren't being made. Lucked out and found someone selling one of the Rackeboy chips on GameTZ for $20 shipped.
