It might be but it only says 8 in 1 color and has Sachen on it and not HES. Hopefully someone can verify it for us.

yeah, that's it. sachen's gameboy releases included 8 4-in-1 multi carts, which were also later released (mostly in europe and austrailia it seems) as 4 8-in-1 multi carts.
