This allows you to play imports on your Saturn.

Includes cardboard box & cardboard box insert. Some wear on cardboard, but not bad at all.

I tested this to work with my Japanese All-Japan Pro Wrestling, Featuring Virtua game & it works fine.

Note that this will *not* let you play game copies on your Saturn.

Note that you cannot play all imports with the ST-Key. Some require extra memory too.
