I just got this in recently - a Naomi Universal cab in nice shape!

It came with Slashout. I put my GD-ROM setup inside to play some Border Down goodness (among others). The cab looks nice -- it came with a Net City panel, which I think looks rather nice.

It also came with the additional loom for the extra buttons (not pictured) - but for the life of me I can't figure out where it connects. Here's the inside panel:

The loom won't connect to any of that. I downloaded a NU maunal but can't see anything about connecting this loom. Ideas?

Also, the cab came with the marquee panel:

I have marquees for all my games, but they are for an Astro style square holder. Where can I buy/download marquees for this shape panel?

Nice!

Be sure to look at the supercap on the NAOMI board. They are notorious for leaking and eating traces.

It sits between the BIOS, lithium battery, and the 8 pin EEPROM chip. Look for oily gunk under it and look for tarnishing or crusty gunk on the legs of it.

seen a lot of cabs like that one online, are they sega only or does someone else make them in a similar style. would like to get on eventually, but need to know what I am looking for or where to look.
