I took really crap care of my gamecube disks when I was younger, they are scratched up and most of them dont work, is their a way I can get them fixed for cheap without the risk of ruining them?

Getting them re-surfaced is probably your only option.

Go to GameCrazy. They can do it for $2 per disc.

You'll always have the risk of ruining them. However, they don't work, so they're already ruined, so the only risk is that you'll be out the couple bucks per disc it's going to cost you to try and get them fixed.

they are not scratched up like crazy, I got some of them to work by using a cloth on the disk,

Contact Mike Chassin from Collectors Cards and Games. He has a resurfacing machine.
