I read that the INTV used some old TI chip for it's carts that's no longer available thus no new games can be released on cart. I saw the Cuttle cart which made me wonder how he got games to run on cart without it. Can games just be put on an EEprom in a cart? Could new games be sold that way? Whatever became of the INTV programming tools and info that was supposed to be in the INTV Lives CD-rom and then wasn't on it? Blue Sky Rangers claimed they were going to put it on INTV Rocks or put it on their web site but I never heard anything about it being released. Did they ever release it?

The INTV programming ring is still going strong. Some of your questions could surely be answered in there:

The SDK-1600 programming kit for the Intellivision is still kicking around. It seems to be what most modern programmers for the Intellivision recommend. Right now, Joe's website is timing out, but check it out later. I also have a copy of Release 3 for it. If you need it, PM me.

As I was wandering around, I found this guy making a maze editor for Burgertime. I hope he finishes it.

Anyway, I hope this helps.
