I was at a friend's house and he said his ETM game for PS2 freezes up at a certain spot every time. It is on the level where you shoot out the tire on a jet. It happens as soon as the tire is hit and the cut scene begins, except no cut scene. The screen turns black and the audio glitches and it doesn't stop. You have to shut down. It happens no matter which character you play also. He tried it on 3 different machines and has had 2 different discs. Has anyone else seen this? :hmm:

It's a Shiny game. What did you expect?

I've not encountered that specific one, but all versions of the game are full of bugs and glitches. It's the most unfinished retail game I've ever seen.

The most amusing known errata is probably that the Xbox version becomes unstable when left on for five hours.

My brother was playing it through on the Xbox t'other day, and it kept freezing in the 'North' airport stage (whatever that was called.) Personally, I never had a problem with it though.

To share the knowledge:

When playing though the PS2 version of Enter The Matrix, it will ALWAYS freeze up at the end of level three, if you have the weapon cheat on that was provided in the bonus DVD extra people got for reserving the game. That being said, turn off the cheat for level three, and you can progress as normal. At level four, you can reuse the code and continue as you wish.

Any other glitches, I don't have a clue. Just what was told to me while I was working.

I have the Ps2 version. I think it is one of the funnest (YES ITS A WORD) games ive played. The only glitch I usually get is on one or two cinemas there is an echo. No biggie though

I guess then it's a defect witht he game, not relating to which version of console you got?
