Would you be protected by ebay or paypal for fraud a year later?
If he presold 455 at $50 bucks a piece plus shipping like he says thats over $24000 he has banked O_O
Im surprised hes not preordering ps3 or xbox 2 LOL

He will be hating life if they deceide to release it at a higher price for some reason.
Its so far away anything could happen. It might come packaged with a link cable or a special mem card or whatever for $69.99.

Not surprising, but this auction is not allowed by eBay's terms. eBay requires that all pre-sale items be shipped within 30 days of the auction end date due to feedback and fraud protection. This is obviously someone who just wants a few 1 year loans.

Do you honestly think he will ship the games when he gets them. He'll probably take the money from preselling the game for 6 months and run.
