48 brand new nes games: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3026115944&category=3608
starting bid is rediculous, let alone the B.I.N. price.

Those are NOT factory sealed, and that's blatantly obvious.....

Okay, they may not be factory SEALED, but the boxes look to be in great condition. If the games and manual match, it's not a bad collection. Way too high asking price, though.

Apparently the sealed games are "in plastic sleeves", that's why they look fake. If he didn't say that, I'd say fake too. And $20+ a game is ludicrious.

If they're actually factory sealed, it's not TOO ridiculous a price. Maybe for us, but I bet it will sell, especially with 3 dragon warriors in there

Ok. This is my 1st time on this forum so I will be polite. I am the seller of the 48 game lot. In the auction description, it clearly states that ALL games are BRAND NEW and FACTORY SEALED with the Horizontal Seam on the back. Also, all game are stored in plastic sleeves for protection, kind of like putting a comic book in a bag. The starting price was set at that because it is only $3.80 to list without a reserve VS $18.60 to list with a reserve. I think my prices are fair. If you dont think so, by all means type nes sealed and search for all the completed items so you can see that a DOUBLE DRAGON 3 went for $260 and a Metroid(Yellow) went for $90+. Im actually not making profit here and it was very time consuming to collect all those games. Also if you notice in the pictures, all the games are in those little sleeves and 99% of the games are in MINT condition.
Just wanted to clarify things. Ill be frequenting this board now, but Im stricly a sealed NES/SNES collector.
If anyone has any ?'s shoot me an email.
PEACE :)

I've actually purchased from you before, so I know you mean what you say when you state MINT sealed items. It's true.
However, I think that the majority of the posts were commenting on the $23+ per game. Yes, some of those titles go for more than that, consistently. Many of them don't and aren't worth $23 sealed.
Just because people spend a certain amount on eBay, that doesn't make it a good price. Something else you will have to keep in mind about many of the posters here in this forum - sealed isn't the most popular selling adjective.
From what I have learned during my time on this forum, many prefer complete, but not sealed games. I'm not speaking for anyone, but playing them is just as important as collecting them. Also, as the title of this forum suggests, many believe that eBay is ridiculous, and negatively impacts the hobby.
Unfortunately, it happens to be a necessity sometimes.
I'm not sure why you didn't list them separately - time, I assume. I think that you would have sold many of those titles. I would have bought almost any of them for $10 each. :P
Good luck!

You did get 1800 people to look at the auction, bad part was no one bid.
