Atari 2600 10? game changer thing?

I was just at a thrift store and they have a Atari 2600 10 game holder that plugs into the atari. It' looks cool as f. The games in it where pretty much crap except I saw Journey and the Smufs. There were a few Boxed atari games to. But the lady was like there not for sale yet I haven't looked them up so come back tomarrow! Fuck! I have money and you don't want to sell them? Anyway now that I got that off my chest whats one of the 10 game thingy's called? Whats it worth? How about those 2 games? Whats a wak ass boxxed game go for? Any help fast (by tomarrow morning) would be graetly appreciated!

it's called the ROM SCANNER not sure what the going price for it loose is but i didn't have it (but i do), i would pay 10-20$ just because it looks sooooo DAMN COOL!! :)

as to the carts, common atari 2600 carts are not worth that much, couple of bucks for those 2 would be good, as to boxed games depends on the titles and condition! but most are not worth too much (5$) if they are commons... hope this helps!
