Just picked up the STARPLEX Game-SeleX for Atari 2600. Frickin awsome! I was just tring to decide what 9 games to put in it and thought hey why don't I ask everyone on DP. I have in it:
The Empire Strikes Back
Cosmic Ark
Frankenstein's Monster
Jr. Pac-Man
The Smurfs (I can't jump the first fence?)
Moon Patrol
Gorf
Entombed
Kool-Aid Man

What do you thing I should add or subtract. I would like to add HERO but I don't own it.

If I had one of those things, here's what I'd have in it (note that I'd be limited to what I have in my small 2600 collection (http://www.freewebs.com/jkwh/2600list.html)):

Video Pinball
Kaboom!
Missile Command
Space Invaders
Mario Bros.
G.I. Joe Cobra Strike
Chopper Command
Circus Atari
Joust

(If you have Pitfall!, why is it not in there?)

02 Air-Sea Battle
03 Star Ship
11 Indy 500
12 Street Racer
21 Video Olympics
41 Surround
51 Blackjack
61 Basic Math

Well, I've only got the RGA Video Game Brain - holds six carts instead of nine - but I keep the following titles racked therein at all times:

Missile Command
Pitfall II
Super Breakout
Starmaster
Yar's Revenge
Video Pinball

My answer is "nine more game selectors for 81 total games!"

As far as getting it down to 9 games however, I'll do my best, in no particular order:

Kaboom!
Dragster
Frostbite
Lead (homebrew)
Warlords (or Medieval Mayhem (homebrew))
Pitfall! (or Pitfall 2)
Pressure Cooker
Seaquest
Crystal Castles

That was difficult. I left off a lot of games I love for games I would like to practice and get better at. Pressure Cooker, Seaquest, Crystal Castles, Piftall.

Well, I don't have that unit, I have the Romscanner. It holds 10 cartridges but I haven't looked at what I have in there for so long. I'll have to check it out and maybe revise the group to post here later.

That one looks bad ass! Conected to the system and all. Mine has a cart. with a cord that leads to the box. I kinda like how yours looks better. Thanx!

I've got a six-slot game changer called something like a Game Brain, if I recall... anyway, I never use it. I really enjoy the feel and sound of popping a game cartridge into an Atari console. There's a nice visceral feel to inserting and removing carts from an old fashioned game console you can't replicate with a modern machine.
