I have a Samsung MegaDrive (or "Super Aladdin Boy" if you translate the Korean) based on Model 1 MegaDrive/Genesis hardware, with one Samsung-branded controller (3 button). It came with a 120/240v power adapter (albiet with round plugs, but a Genesis adapter would do) and a really odd looking combo AV cable/RF switch.
There's not exactly a lot of these around, but what would someone be willing to pay?

Some additional information:
Tested with US Genesis power brick.
It's region coded for Japan (Thunder Force IV boots up, US Sega 6-Pack gives the "Designed for NTSC Systems" message like if you leave the region switch on Japan on my modded Genesis)
I scanned the bottom because I couldn't get any pictures to come out, but the scan really isn't much better.
That joystick is really rough and the start button doesn't work, which is why I didn't mention it earlier.

Thats a pretty cool alternate version mega drive. I've never seen one before so I couldn't give a very acurate price point. But I would guess somewhere between $50-150 to start with.
