Wow, this thread resembles my entire forum : ) I just bought aa Apple Newton 2100 today and am interested in available games for it. I really just wanted a good portable pda and have recently become addicted to mac. You really dont want to even know what all i have bought lately, its kinda crazy. So what cool games/software is available and where to get it? Thanks, Mike : )

I wonder if any Apple Newton games would run on the SEXY eMate 300 (the only eMate ever made, so the 300 doesn't amount to anything)? It's pretty underpowered compared to other Newtons, but still an interesting device:

The Apple Newton had more than twenty games for it?

There used to be a whole bunch of little freeware games available for it. Back in the late '90s I used to try them all out. After a while, though, it seemed that all the games were designed for the faster processor in the 2100. My eMate 300 just couldn't play them very well.

I actually gametested "SubVersion" for the Apple Newton for Point of View Computing back in the mid-nineties. A very good port too. The guy who programmed it is a serious Mac head.

One game reviewer, who reviewed the PC version of "SubVersion", called it "battleship on steroids". I have the Amiga and Mac versions somewhere in my stash.

Cool list. It would be nice if whomever hosts the page would have more info on the games. Screen shots and possible links to download the games would be great.
