Moneybookers & Paymate are now accepted on eBay - good? Bad?

I was checking up on some auctions when I noticed that Moneybookers (http://www.moneybookers.com/creatives/ebay/) and Paymate (http://www.paymate.com/cms/index.php/uslaunch/59-promotions/168-uslaunch) are now allowed and fully integrated into eBay. Has anyone used these? Are they any better than Feepal? Any pros or cons? If I can ditch that service for these... well, I'd like that. :p

EXTREMELY GOOD!
What is good about it is that Moneybookers is a very good service easy to use and you can cash out directly to bank accounts/cards for a low fee.
Moreover it will soon be integrated in ebay checkout system.
What is good that it's available to Russia as well!!
