Super Nintendo Counter Tester

I just won one of these in an ebay auction. I was wondering what they are worth? It came with a SNES with 5 games and 2 controllers but I was more focused on the Counter Tester. Here is the auction:

I was about to say something snarky about the fact the auction price is exactly what it should have gone for, but that's a pretty sneeky auction. I've seen the testers go from about $130 - $200. Depending on the market.
