Try "Retr0bright"! I haven't attempted this yet, probably this weekend, but check out the site, they have some really good tests and results. And the best part, they tell you how to make and do it....post back any success/failures if you try.

I've been reading tons of info about this on atarisage and english amiga forums and I'm willing to try it out on some Super Famicom cartridges but I'm worried about the stickers on them
