Vic-20 games not in the database for sale, what would you pay?

I'm looking at a Vic-20 in the box, comes with the following games all loose. A few of these games are not on the database.

Cartridge Games:

Mission Impossible
The Count

Pirates Cove

Cassette games:

The boxed Vic20 is probably $15-20, the games are about $1-2 each. I'm not sure about the cassettes, but Gortek and the Microchips is dirt common.
