How much is a fully working, cosmetically good/great Robotron arcade with all paper work generally go for? I've seen them at auctions for about $1000 and have been told before $800 is average/high. A local is selling one for $500 and have been very tempted to pick it up.

I bought one a few months ago for $75. It needs a little work though. Afterwards when I was researching what they are worth it seemed to me they sell for $600-800.

My problem is Klov claims it to be a common arcade game, where forme it is the second one I've seen around here. From what I was informed by others is that this guy was in need of money and had been attempting to sell for $800 firm for a few months; guess he finally broke. Chances are he's had a number of offers so I'd have to act on it quick and my background in this game is very weak to make such a quick decision without more helpful advice.

$500 is a very fair price for one in good shape. I'd wager it's already gone; if it's not, count your lucky stars and pick it up asap. :)
