I've come across just about my ideal arcade... a cocktail Galaga. I haven't seen it in person yet, but it looks to be in good shape, and has a new (not salvaged) monitor. Listed at $650 and I think I might be able to get it for $600. Good price?
I spoke to the seller and he said that a couple times when he has plugged it in and turned it on it didn't come up until he turned it off and back on. Is this something that could be fatal? or no way to know?
Any other advice? Depending on what I hear back, I could pick it up this evening or in the morning.
One more question since I'm kind of paranoid and don't know much about arcades. Do I need to worry about a reproduction or anything along those lines? Most of that sort of thing that I've seen are obvious multicade things, but I don't want to end up with something cheap that is going to crap out and not be worth repairing.
