nothing on gamefaqs. that site has sure gone downhill.

on another note, i read the thread at dreamcasthistory boards. I had no idea that there was such a scandal going on with this game. very interesting stuff.

I'm thinking now that we aren't going to get to play this one online. :(

I would like to correct one thing I said earlier. I was under the understanding that the people who bought this game have had it for a long time and just haven't been sharing it. According to the thread over that Dreamcast History, the game was just cracked in April. The PayPal donations they are taking are to help recoup some of the $1,500 spend for the original which was cracked. Knowing that, I'll probably kick a couple of bucks their way just for the cause.

Oh, and this is from that thread as well.

"Default settings: R: accel, L: brake, A: gun, B: voice (push after shooting enemy, and you say something like: Daaaad, did you see me? - depends on character), Y: special weapon, X: push after i.e. 180° analog stick move for a 180° turn of your plane or push analog stick one time up, two times down for a looping, etc. (many tricks possible - you can practice them in training mode) "

I'm really interested in getting info on playing this sucker online - there must be some interest with you folks - let's get a server going if it's possible.

Good luck. This would be an awful lot of work and reverse engineering. Only recently did a homebrew PSO server finally show up, and that game had a metric shitload of dedicated fans behind it, while Propellor Arena has basically no one.

I firgured as much. I'm unfamiliar with what would go into the creation of a PA server. But, wait I can still play PSO online?

No..works fine here.

It seems like a fun multiplayer game... playing it alone is alright, but I guess it can get boring after a while. Still, so far I've been having fun on my own and I'm getting the hang of it. A fun little game...

Finally got PA and burned it with no problems. Game plays great with no issues I've noticed and the game rocks!!

I find the single player mode to be an excellent amount of fun. I like trying to perform tricks in the environments, like flying under the bridge in the city level.
