never mind i found the rarity guide, hopefully it has this game listed.

Not very rare or valuable unfortunately. It's also a disc based game, so it is not covered by the rarity guides on this site.

oh seriously? i mean there is a FM Towns Marty version that has a 6 rarity. i guess the computer version would be more common, since i've never heard of a fm towns marty...

It was released on a number of platforms in the US and around the world which makes it a lot less rare than a single platform game. Most FM Towns games are rarer than the same game on the PC or Amiga simply because it was Japan-only and was a niche system even in Japan.

Space Rogue should also be on the X68000. I almost bought the FM Towns version a few months back.
I don't know who's tracing the FM Towns games, but I believe the information is pretty much dependent to what shows up on eBay at mostly highly inflated prices. No idea if Space Rogue and other ports of Western PC games are rarer than, say, the shooters like Tatsujin Ou and Kyukyoku Tiger (da daaa da) people often import the system for (then again, some people import the system for upgraded versions of their favorite Western PC games - it's quite a mysterious little system in any case).

Space Rogue is an excellent title... it probably could do $15-20 on eBay in good and complete condition. If you get the right people looking at it...
