Does anybody know if the new Dragon Ball Evolution movie game will be on any other systems besides the PSP? I only ask because I would like to play 360, but if I have to play it on PSP i'll do it.

From the videos I have seen on GS tv...you may just want to wait...it looks....terrible. In fact on GS TV, the actual company spokesperson for the DB Game is *tearing it* apart himself.
There's no aerial combat, single super moves per bar (like SF4) and looked...*bad* in motion.

Yeah, and Budokai, 2, 3, and Infinite World sucked too didn't they? /sarcasm. I didn't mention Shin Budokai, Another Road, and Burst Limit because in my opinion, the combo setup is terrible for those games, playing more like a Dynasty Warriors attack x amount of times then hit triangle. an x amount of times.
While the movie is going to be ass, the game is obviously nothing more than the Dimps Dragon Ball engine once again, yet instead of DBZ characters, we see generic characters with DB names. If I didn't have another Budokai game with the regular looking characters then I'd pick it up as the fighting engine is a great engine, however, even though I own them all, then why bother picking up the same game again?
So yeah. Only reason people are bashing it is because it's based on the movie. It's by no means a crappy game. If stated otherwise, you're basically saying the Budokai games themselves are crappy. Haven't played it, but from the gameplay videos it's obvious the engine is the same.
And yes. Looks to be PSP only, CaptainFalcon. You shouldn't really be hesitant on getting a PSP regardless. The system is on par with, if not better than, the DS. There's less shovelware, more decent games, and just as many good games on the PSP compared to the DS.
