If they fixed it in 1995, they can fix it again. They just don't want to because they think it would be pointless.

Aside from that. If they changed that much from the already slightly changed original title then I wouldn't bother.

They're talking about back in 1995 the people weren't so anal about sueing to make a quick buck. They're pretty much throwing out the fact that much more than what's already on there would have to be changed.
