Ok, so I've been sitting on this for several years now because I didn't know how awesome Fallout really was. I had never played the games, sue me. Er... wait, actually don't sue me.
Most people who follow Fallout know about the canceled version of Fallout 3 codenamed Van Buren, few know about the *other* canceled project, Brotherhood of Steel 2.

Interesting.
Where did you get the Kingdom Hearts art? If it's rare physical artwork, and if I had the money, I would definitely try to get that from you.

I got the kingdom hearts stuff straight from squeenix, it's only digital feel free to steal it. The original paintings would probably go for a few grand.
If you want to see some cool stuff, check out the artwork from starcraft ghost.

Since the first version of the PDF was garbage, i rescanned it. Updated link in the first post.

I've got the second version of the PDF, but there's still a lot of pages that are only partially scanned.
I loved Brotherhood of Steel. I would have been all over a sequel. I had never played the original Fallout, so I didn't have anything to compare it to. I found Brotherhood of Steel to be a fun little Gauntlet-ish overhead action RPG. I think I might have played through the game something like five or six times, that's how much I liked it. It's a shame they couldn't get a sequel out before the company tanked. Do you happen to know how far along they got?

I think it was about far enough to make a design document. Some of the pages are in color, some are black and white. I don't think they were done with the design before it was scrapped. The game was never announced, i doubt there was ever any code.
The first 10 pages may be a bit blurry, but should be readible. I rescanned pages 11-33, those should be very clear. If there's a page you're having trouble reading, let me know and i'll rescan it.

Pages 2, 5, 8, 12, 14, 15, 18, 21, and 23 didn't get scanned completely. They end up looking like this.

I just downloaded a copy off my site, it looks fine to me. Try grabbing another copy, that's kind of weird.

I downloaded a second copy, and the same pages are still half-scanned. Weird. I'm downloading it with Firefox and looking at it with Preview on Mac OS X. I'm guessing you're doing it on your end with a PC. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I just downloaded and viewed it just fine. Mac OS X 10.5.6, Preview 4.1, Firefox 3.0.7.
Thanks for sharing.

I downloaded it directly into Safari, and it still had bits of pages missing. Oh well, I give up.
