Does anyone know what this SMS UPC prefix denotes? I've found some info on the net that seems to point to being Canadian, but the Canadian SMS UPCs I've seen also say Canada on them. There seems to be some conflicting info though that says this UPC may have also been used on Mega Drive games and the MD was not released in Canada.
