Well, I guess ebay fees will probably be going up if they have to pay 35 million + . There go all those wonderfull BIN I pick up. Although I used to find more BIN deals before they started charging a nickel.

I don't think this is the end of BIN as we know it. Ebay will probably appeal this as far as they can. If that fails, they'll probably just change it slightly so it complies with patent laws. That, and pony up 35 mil. OUCH! That's a big "drop in the bucket" if you ask me. But when your company's stock is at $100 plus per share, that's only like 350,000 shares of the company. I bet their CEO has 10 mil or more shares by himself.
