If you want a great stick to use in MAME on your Xbox, get the Hori Fighting Stick EX instead. Much smaller than the SF Anniversary stick and the buttons & stick feel much better. The cord is a lot longer too.

They were only sold in Japan though, so tracking one down might be tough but they pop up on Ebay sometimes (usually for $40-$50).
