What older games have adult content hidden in them?
In order to qualify, it must satisfy the following:
(1) the game must be an older game, which for our purposes I will define as any game which qualifies for the classic gaming forum, and
(2) the content must be hidden. peek a boo poker and custer's revenge don't count, the content isn't hidden.
The only one that I can think of is the game RINGS OF POWER for the Genesis. It was a Naughty Dog RPG for the Genesis. The company's logo had some blonde chick in it. When you held certain buttons at power-up she was topless. When I was younger, I rented this game just for this purpose :D

The naked blonde in Rings of Power probably stands out simply because it's not really "implied", it's just there. Funny that the company that made the game still exists.
Strangely, this list seems to exclude a Genesis title which had a naked girl at the end you had to rescue. Unsure of the title, but she got clothed in later copies of the game.

Damn, I was trying to remember this one too but the name escapes me. On later copies though they clothed the girl.

You are correct. There is a code which when entered allows the viewing of Jane's nipple and some of John's parts.

Spice World for Playstation had a "nude cheat" code... but all it does is show you a picture of the Spice Girls (and not the real ones, the chibi models of them) behind chairs.

Apparently some early versions of SimCopter had a code that would turn the city into some flaming city from hell, with men you-know-whatting in the streets. I've never heard of anyone who's actually seen it, though. Wikipedia's account sounds at least a little more likely:

I was one of the few people to have a copy of this game, and man was it twisted... it was a shooter, in which your character's only objective is to kill all ten thousand (innocent) people in the city, and then destroy the rest of the world with nuclear weapons. Your character is able to survive multiple bullet wounds only by ingesting massive amounts of drugs. The game also featured two instances of necrophilia, a hardcore gabber theme song, and an ending screen that showed your character masturbating in the wake of a nuclear explosion.

It didn't help that one of Interact's(makers of the Game Shark cheat device) pictured a nude Lara Croft walking off the page with the words "want the code?"
Also, the arcade version of Gauntlet Legends let you play as a nude Valkyrie if you entered "NUD" as your name and "069" as your pin. She had black bars covering her chest and coochie but it's a start.

The secret ending to TG16 Dungeon Explorer (if you use the invincibility cheat and walk onto the kings throne).. while it doesn't contain any "adult" type stuff or nudity, the text was kind of racy for it's time as far as console video games went :)

The Smurfs game for the Colecovision has 'accidental' nudity in it. When the video chip draws so many sprites on the same scan line, the lower numbered sprites will partially disappear. This happened at the end of the game, when you rescued Smurfette. Her dress would sort of disappear. You would think that someone at Coleco would have fixed that before release, but looking back at the company's output, I don't think they ever cared in the slightest.

But... Kaoru is a woman's name. o_O It can't be a man's name too, can it? Considering I doubt many female programmers were in Japan's video game industry in the 80s (let alone one that's lesbian and would like to flaunt it in a game), I kinda doubt it's real bio. :P Probably either a male programmer goofing around, or maybe it's not even truly in the game to begin with, if it can only be accessed through emulation. How do we know the person who dumped the game didn't screw around with the character set to insert a funny message?

It's apparently a unisex name meaning "little frog" (kawazu = frog, as we all know from Basho's haiku), but apparently also more common for girls (the Dir En Grey musician doesn't count one way or the other in this calculation!)
Also, the topless Medusa in Super CV IV...I think that's only in the Japanese version, which isn't Castlevania anyway.
Jaleco's late 80s scrolling arcade fighter got a port to the NES, and a member here sold a prototype which had one of the enemies (a medusa-like I guess) topless. Can't remember the game's name at the moment.

The entire game is playable through youtube, just click your choice at the appropriate time to view the next scene. Someone uploaded all of the scenes from the game and linked them all together so it plays properly.

Maybe the programmer was desperate for a woman because he was given such a girly name, haha. It's not in kanji like a name would properly be, which doesn't really help. I think you're right about the name's meaning; teaches me to get lazy and grab the name translation off some baby site ;)
