You only need to enter a post code (zip code) as confirmation details when paying via credit card when registered as being in Brazil. So here in the UK with my US Wii I can buy points online using my CC if I make my country Brazil. Pop in my postcode (not my full address) and bingo, points are mine.

Bought "Brazil" US Points today and it works, thanks :) Now i can play Gradius Rebirth, World of Goo and the MM9 DLC-Apotheke.
