You know, back in my days, we had to walk to school in five feet of snow. Barefooted. Up hill. Both ways.

...

And "plush" toys were called STUFFED ANIMALS...

Ahem...

So, what video game based plush toys do you have?

I've got two Pac-Man plushes... a full sized Pac-Man pillow, a Ms Pac-Man plush, a Pac-Man ghost plush (Blue Cross-Eyed scared to be eaten look... nice touch), a Q*Bert plush, Donkey Kong (circa early 1980s), a couple of the modern Nintendo ones, and the prize of my collection: A Lolo plush straight out of Japan that I won on Ebay a long time ago. My mom has the full set, including Lolo, Lala, and all the monsters.

Couple more... I have a Blanka (Street Fighter) plush that I won out of a crane machine at a bowling tournament when I was like 15... smells terrible because it was in my old attic for like years until we moved up to Washington.

A couple Sonic the Hedgehog characters... Sonic, Tales, and Knuckles.

Dragon's Lair Singe plush... I think it's from the early 80s

Couple Zelda themed plushes... I think they're for Ocarnia of Time. Link, Zelda, Gannon, and a Goron.

I would like to have some Animal Crossing ones if anyone has them... I've got tons of Animal Crossing promotional type stuff and they would go great with them.

I used to have a Pac-Man stuffed toy, as well as a set of furry finger puppets - Pac and all four ghosts! Those were the coolest. I miss 'em.

I have a squeeky-nosed Q*Bert hanging from my desk lamp though. Scares the heck outta my black cat.

I have a girl from animal crossing and Yoshi. I wouldn't mind trying to find some more.

And another Pikachu.

That's it. :)

I still have my Pac-Man hand puppet (which has a frightened ghost on the inside of his mouth) and a rather beat up Pac-Man plush. I used to have a Ms. Pac-Man puppet, but that's long since disappeared.

I have a Mario one that I won at the state fair 10+ years ago, a Pikachu one, and 2 sets of the 4 pokemon that KFC sold.

I've got a Knuckles beanie that I bought at a tag sale. I'd rather have Tails, but what the heck, you take what you can get.

That's all I can think of right now.

I have a bunch of what you all have already described (Sonic, Mario, Yoshi, etc.)

The oddest one I have is a stuffed Bomberman. He has spring metal in his arms so he could hold a bomb. I found him at Goodwill, but never did find the bomb.

The only plushies (yes, I'm secure enough in my manhood to call them "plushies") worth mentioning in my collection are Bomberman, a monkey from Ape Escape (non-functioning red light, alas), Afro Thunder from Ready 2 Rumble, Samba from Samba de Amigo, and the Goemon that Working Designs gave away at E3 2002.

I also have several game-character bobbleheads, since that's an inexplicably "hot" trend. (I saw a collection of N*SYNC bobbleheads that somehow made the hideous features of Justin, J.C., and the other prefab teen idols even more horrific.)

I've got a few...Afro Thunder (Ready 2 Rumble 2), Donkey Kong & Cranky Kong (N64), Sonic & Knuckles (Denny's - Dreamcast), about 30 different Pokemon, Crash Bandicoot, Mumbo-Jumbo (Banjo-Kazooie), Samba (de Amigo).

(I saw a collection of N*SYNC bobbleheads that somehow made the hideous features of Justin, J.C., and the other prefab teen idols even more horrific.)

Those were a Best Buy exclusive, at least in this area. They were absolutely hideous and they were stacked up by the hundreds at the entrance to every Best Buy store in Houston. I never saw anyone even pick one up.

Ergh, I hate bobbleheads of all types. But plushies I love!
These are the ones I know of off the top of my head-

Animal Crossing Monkey and TK (just got these yesterday because we stopped at our old Gamestop on the way home from TX and the manager was holding them for me, hooray!)
Kirby in a funny hat- my favorite Christmas gift last year, thanks again Butta!!
The Zelda set mentioned above
Misc Pokemon although every one I had got adopted and thus abused by a cat. Dratini became Kimis pet, Squirtle got his eye torn off, and Quagsire is MIA :(
Donkey Kong- found him at a garage sale
Pacman pillow, Morolian inflatable bracelets, and other that I can't remember.
This makes me realize I need more videogame plushes!!

My favorite was a small plush Parappa keychain, which I hung from my car's rear-view mirror. Unfortunately I boycotted Playstation for a while a few years back and gave it to my then college roommate :(

I have the full sized plushes of Sonic, Tails, and Mario (with removable hat). As far as smaller ones go, I have a crane game UFO Mario, a little sonic, another little sonic with a Sonic & Knuckles shirt, a little Knuckles, Mario and Yoshi bean bag dolls, and a full sized Chao plushie.

I usually just tell, but this time, I'll show.

Whaddya mean the alligator’s not a video game character? He's from . . . uh . . . Revenge of the Gator, that neglected pinball classic of the Game Boy library.

And I shall have eternal respect for the first person to recognize what's on the shelf below the plushes.

Well, that didn't take long. Congrats, uber. I actually respected you already for your fighting game know-how, but now it's official.

Victor Ireland himself gave me a (very rare, 100 produced) Nall plushie, but such was the ugly nature of my departure from Working Designs that I gave it to my dog as a chew toy. Still have my Ghaleon puppet, though.

The GGX toys were a birthday present, but I'm pretty sure that my sister got them from eBay. I think that the figures are only available in Japan so far, although a lot of American sellers have them.

Both figures are amazing, by the way. While they look sort of goofy in the packages, they're detailed, well-articulated, and have neat little features like interchangeable hands and bendable hair. And they're just the right size to take on my Street Fighter toys.

I have the FFIX promotional Vivi plush, which I think I got for registering with playonline.

I attended my frist (and probably last) anime convention earlier this year and picked up a plush of kirby riding a warp star.

I also got the set of pokemon plushes that they were giving out at KFC back in the day, although I have no idea where they are.

I'm hoping to pick up a keroneko-sama from trigun plush soon, and I'm off to ebay right now to track down that moogle plush achika mentioned. :D

I forgot my most special plushie...it's a Kirby Mobile that's about 22" long and plush like a Puffalump doll. It was given to me by a Nintendo rep back when the Kirby 64 game came out.

My VG plush collection is as follows:

Various Sonic Plushies - The most notable are my Japanese Sonic X Knuckles & Chris Thorndike plushies. Oh, and giant Shadow plush who sits in a chair in my game room.

Various Pokemon Plushies - All but three are the classic plushies made by Hasbro. I wish the recent ones weren't so expensive, or I'd collect of few of them too. I also have a giant Pikachu plush that I got from an amusement park.

Donkey Kong Plush - My Mom got this for me years ago because I was a fan of the CGI TV series.

Dewey's Adventure Pre-order Plush - I found it in a thrift store.

Kirby Plush - The most recent addition to my collection.

Slime from the Dragon Quest series. I'm sure I have some Mickey Mouse ones, but they hardly count, even if he has a few starring roles in video games.
