That is the best picture I could get. It looks like a normal chip. Not a prototype.

Is this a joke? :?
If the case has no label, why not just open it?

It looks like a Ghostbusters type game, but I know that's not it.
Maybe it is the unreleased copy of 'Luigi's Mansion 2: Luigi in New York.' :-D

Good one!
Is it just me or is there an ever-so-faint resemblance to H.E.R.O. here? Pretty sure the Miner 2049er looks nothing like that, and that's about the extent of my VCS knowledge. :S

I was thinking H.E.R.O. too. I also thought that guy looked a little like a Ninja Turtle.
*EDIT - Just watched the video..nevermind about the Ninja Turtle thing, since to the best of my knowledge they never shot at anything.

I'm reminded of Todd's Adventures in Slime World. Backpack, multi-directional shooting, general sliminess.. but, of course, the gameplay looks completely different.

Maybe it's an unreleased homebrew no one knew about?

Considering the OP's signature, I am guessing a hack.
