Eternal Poison - Supposed to be quite good
Castlevania Lament of innoncence - Personally hated this one but the story is neat
Devil Summoner 2 - I preordered it....if you like the first one...

Tales of Symphonia 2 - Not sure about this either...it looks neat but...Wii controls...
No More Heroes - Great game and super cheap...totally worth getting.

Tales of Vesperia - Heard it's decent but irritating in parts
Star Ocean The last hope - Getting better acclaim than I expected
Silent Hill Homecoming - Only if you can get it cheap....not as good as the older ones
Conan - GREAT game for a beat-em-up...cheap and fun. Does have an occasional fatal glitch towards the end for some people tho.
Resident evil 5 - Not worth the $ unless you're playing it multiplayer. 8 hours long and the partner thing leaves something to be desired IMO. If you're playing with friends...maybe. It's not as good as 4.

Fire emblem Shadow Dragon - If you like Fire Emblem you'll like it.
Ys book 1/2 - An inferior port but if you can get a decent price on it...

Luminous arc 2 - If you like the first one or decent SRPGs.
Sonic Chronicles The Dark brotherhood(euro) - What's the difference on the Euro one???
Devil Survivor - I ordered it already....it's an SMT game... :D

Star Ocean Second Evolution(euro) - Same as Star Ocean 2nd story...but upgraded..meh.



Why Euro releases for games that are being released here btw?

Well it's because of the cheat devices I own(dont judge me) and the lack of updates of the games on the US site and the euro side has them already(sonic,Star ocean 2) and SF Tunguska hasnt been released here

Stella deus - I hear that it has a great story and plays quite well.
Eternal Poison - I bought this solely based on the art style at first. Seems that it's a good game too. Bonus! I haven't actually played it yet though.
Castlevania Curse of darkness - Iga and crews best attempt at 3D CV. It's not as good as that sounds at face value. In other words, it's decent.
Castlevania Lament of innoncence - I enjoyed this for a while. You'll play through it once with little trouble and not regret it if you're into CV.
Devil Summoner 2 - I just got the first one. I'll be picking up this one too, but I can wait a bit.

Ys book 1/2 - They made it play like Zelda... That could go either way, YMMV.

Eternal Poison

The art style and it being a tactical RPG initially attracted me to the game. The game is not perfect. It's fairly primitive with it's isometric sprite based battlefields. The 3D graphics are uneven and awkward. The battle system is not very original.

However, Eternal Poison has a lot of flavor. Normally a game with these kinds of production values would be a quickie churned out without much effort or respect for the fans of the genre. Eternal Poison doesn't feel like that at all.

If you love TRPGs, get it.

Kinda neat. I think I like Curse of Darkness better. If you can get them cheap, go ahead. There are a lot worse things out there.


Tales of Vesperia

One of these days I'm going to finish a Tales game. My history with Tales is that I start a game, enjoy it greatly for a dozen hours, then I get distracted by some other shiney thing and never get back to it. Yet, the games always leave very positive memories behind leading me to pick up all the other installments. Tales of Vesperia is no exception.

I definitely recommend it. Rapede is awesome. :)


Star Ocean The last hope

Beautiful visuals and a game which is vastly improved over it's absolutely abysmal PS2 predecessor. This is the RPG I'm currently working on. Once again, you could do a lot worse than this title.

Spider-Man Friend or Foe: Is more geared towards kids. As the character design is very cartoonish. Only worth it if you're a die hard Spidey fan.

Spider-Man Web of Shadows: This game threw in way too many characters. The story is ridiculous. The switch between black symbiote suit and regular suit was a weak gimmick; the black suit being far superior. They still have yet to make a better Spider-Man game than the one based on the second movie. Do yourself a favor and pick that one up if you don't already have it.
