Microsoft have announced new Dev Kits and Test Kits at GDC '09. Personally, I think the metallic blue on the Dev Kit is pretty damn awesome; it looks better than any 360 you can buy at retail. They come with a blue tinted wireless pad too. I assume these units are all 'Jasper' based.

Now why didn't they release that as the console?
I'd be willing to pay much more than I did for my 360 if that was the case design.

I agree very nice machines they should release these with a premium price in limited quantities or something at least.

I'm thinking these will be "aquireable" in a few years, just like the PS1 debugs.
I like the blue one, that would be sweet to have.
