Modded PSP

Hi Everyone,
I know this is a kinda dumb question.
But What's A PSP worth with custom firmware WORTH?
A kid in my school is selling 1 includes the following: BTW: it's the 1001 Version
Screen Protector (Already Applied)
Power Cord
USB Cord
4GB Memory Card

He said he will sell it to me for $50.00
So is this a steal? Based on my research (Ebay) it seems it.

Considering used PSPs unmodded generally go for about $100, yeah that's a decent price in general. Sure it's a fatty, but it's still a good deal.

I find the first generation is well built. Later model reduce more component making them easier to break. I have PSP2000 & I still like 1001 because it is better built. My biggest complaint is the D-pad isn't design for fighting game.

Modded and Unmodded doesn't tend to really change the price, but $50 is an awesome deal for a PSP all by its lonesome. Jump on it!
