NES games with an ESRB rating.

The only NES game I own with an ESRB rating is Wario's Woods...and I know the rating system first went into effect at about the exact same time Nintendo stopped making NES games (and Wario's Woods was the last officially licensed NES game to be released in North America). Are there any other NES games with a rating?

According to this page, Wario's Woods is the only Nintendo Entertainment System game to have an ESRB rating.

Yes. ESRB ratings first appeared in November 1994, and Wario's Woods was the only licensed NES game released after that.
