I need to calculate shipping for some jag games I just sold.
Could someone please give me an estimate on the weight of these carts (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3027238241)
If you don't want to follow the link here's the breakdown:
4 jag carts
2 boxes
1 instruction manual
1 box insert
If someone could give me a good under-estimation of the weight I would appreciate it.
I'm doing a lot of moving over the weekend and don't want to get caught up in something before sendind them.
I was satisfied with the BIN so I don't mind taking a dollar or so loss on shipping. That is why I am asking for an under-estimation.
Thanks in advance to anyone who would be kind enough to help ;)

Dunno about the weight, but I suspect you'd be looking at roughly $6 (give or take) to ship them US priority mail with delivery confirmation.

No way, bud.:) (And yes I know your kidding)
I've been in car sales for several years now, and I always laughed at Ebay marketing. If I wanted to make extra money on the deal I sure wouldn't show it. When I set the BIN @$20, that was really including S&H.
I thought someone would BIN, but everyone in this forum knows that those games are worth $10-$15 in here, tops. I'm actually thinking of charging the guy $4.00 even. +actual delivery confirmation.
Come to think of it, that puts me right in Arcade Antics' $6 range-good job AA! :D

That'll probly go just over a pound. Anything under 2 pounds via parcel post is $4.49 anywhere in the country, so I would charge $5.00 including D.C.
And if you don't charge shipping, or OVERcharge shipping on ebay, you're only screwing yourself. Seriously.

I understand. But this was a special case. The BIN gave me some lee-way.
If the auction stopped a $10 or so I would have gone to the exact penny. I don't have time to post more now, as I about to go spelunkering. Everything has been taken care now and I went with AA's amount.
And yes I know that I must charge shipping. But in this aution I did. I had the "buyer pays actual shipping"-can't go wrong there....
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP :)

My personal theory on outrageous or hidden S&H charges:
Foolish sales tactics=foolish customers
foolish customers=bad customers.
If a bidder is too lazy to calculate a total price and then compare that against
total prices of similar bids, then they are probably more inclined to be as lazy when it comes to paying up.
