I'd duggest visiting Pcenginefx.com. It could be afairly easy/cheap fix so you could actually use it, or sell for a much better price :)

That site is awesome, but I'm no good at working with electronics.
I already have a working express, this is just a spare that I had picked up on the side.
Maybe someone out there wants to fool around with it.
