Genesis 2 RCA out cable!! (STEREO SOUND!!!) Interest?

It looks like my local video game surplus guy (the guy who snagged me some N64 analog stick replacements) has a bunch of these. I got one to try it, and WOW! The sound is night and day, and the video is of course improved. My Genny2 has a CD2 and 32X attached, and it is all mixed properly. Goodbye RF! I've never seen these anywhere else. For all I know they are common as hell in the US, but they are new to me.

I can get more (not sure how many) and I think they are about $8USD plus actual ship. Anyone who wants one, let me know!

The Game Axe uses the same connector/pinout as the Genesis 2/3? Wow... I don't know how to feel about that.

This one will work, and I have been looking for one for a little while now. There is a good Game Axe sight out there, but I don't have the URL handy at the moment. It gives this info. I tried the Genesis 1 cables, the connector fits, but the Game Axe doesn't like going through the RF box on the version 1 hookup.

I'm not familiar with the Genesis 2 and 3 a/v out. Is it a standard 5-pin din monitor cable with a/v rca plugs on the otehr end? If so, you can count me in on one of them :)

It's a mini-DIN I believe. The Genny One uses a regular DIN I think.

Speaking of snagging things, I just got a Nomad + Phantasy Star 4 + Super Metroid + SM Guide for $90, so getting that cable might be a good idea.

Oh yeah, I'm considering purchasing the stereo cable too, but it feels odd to pay more for the cable than I did for my latest Genesis 2. :-D
