As annoying as the sellers that do this are, this isn't nearly as funny as that auction that was posted a few months back for "shrinkwrapped" Genesis games. I can't remember if it was one game or two but the starting price was 7 or 8 bucks and it was some lame loose sports game in what looked like saran wrap with a ripped label and price sticker. Anyone remember that one?

lol Im pretty sure that one was 2 games for like 7.99 or the one on yahoo a while back that had I think it was atari games in bags stapled (still sealed in the title)

I have to say, I see no problem with this one -- those games ARE sealed (not by him, but by the people who made a business out of reselling used games in department stores), and he does state clearly that they are previously played and repackaged in his listing.
What I'M sick of is people who put "New" in their title, but admit (or worse, don't) that they're only "like new" in the listing.

I'm with slappy on this. His description is clear "PREVIOUSLY PLAYED AND REPACKAGED WITH INSTRUCTIONS" and he has a good picture up. I have no problem with this auction.

I think their problem with it is that, at least around this board, sealed usually means in the original box, with everything, never opened, never played, and still in the shrink wrap. Of course, if that guy isn't a game collector (and I'm guessing he's not), he'd have no way of knowing that he's being misleading.
