Fellow Canadians:
how do you buy Wii/DSi points? A 2000 point card is $24.99 retail. Buying it online costs $20 USD, which is about $24.50 Cdn, so that's a little cheaper, but not really.
Is there a cheaper way? Can we buy American Wii point cards on eBay and use those? If so, is this cheaper?

yeah you're right (http://www.toysrus.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=2688032&cp=2583074&parentPage=family). That's 5 bucks off. Well done :)
I've been checking out buying American wii points on ebay.com, but they're surprisingly expensive.

Toys R Us is supposed to be having 25% off on all Wii accessories next week.
Don't know if the sale is happening in Canada.
Don't know if Wii points will be included in the sale this time. They have been included in previous TRU Wii accessory sales though.

Like Toys 'R Us, I've noticed that The Source sells 2,000 Wii points cards for $19.99. Rogers Plus hocks them for $24.99, not the place to go.

I think Zellers is $19.99 as well. Both TRU and Zellers have had sales on points cards ('Wii accessories') in the past.
