What NES game am I thinking of?

The title is three words long and the label is green or maybe blue. One of the words is jagged like a lightning bolt.

It is not Adventures of Lolo, and it is not Resident Evil 5 because that came out last month and is not for the NES.

Close, but no cigar. :pimp: I seem to recall it MAY have a jetski or a speedboat on it. I have checked the ones I know of -- Cobra Triangle and Super Mario Galaxy, but Mario didn't have a jetski or a speedboat, and again, it was not for the NES. :deadhorse:

Eliminator Boat Duel seems most likely, but Seicross is more familiar. So far I have only looked at pictures and box art, so I will have to check them both out further. :pimp: :pimp:

Until I have tried them, all I can definitely say is that it is probably not Max Payne :2gunfire:, because
A) The title is only two words long
B) I may be confusing speedboats with gritty crime drama
