Do like this: Download Imgburner, burn the .cue-file with the lowest speed on a empty CD-R. Good luck.

Try any of the following: UltraISO, CD Burner XP Pro (FREE), Nero

I think that UltraISO has been giving me the best results. And yes, burn the CUE file, not the BIN. CUE files point to the BIN files and describe where they fit on the physical surface of the disc.

If you've already successfully made your own copy, why don't you just copy that disc directly?

I done it in Nero 9 Trail..the only option was to burn it at 10X that was to fast..

I would have burned him a copy..I'm not home, at my brothers house..I'm only on my laptop

I would recommend burning on the highest speed, actually. I've read that CD burners these days are optimized for burning at high speeds, not low speeds, and my experience matches that. My Laseractive is very picky about reading CD-Rs, but it can read CD-Rs that I've burned at high speeds much better than CD-Rs burned at low speeds.

Another question, MarioMania, is what brand you're using. Older CD drives, including old game consoles, tend to have trouble with some kinds of CD-Rs. If you can find one that says "Made in Japan" on the package (which means it's a rebranded Taiyo Yuden one), you should have better luck.
