It's been up since October 2008, so people aren't exactly killing themselves to buy it. I haven't seen the inventory list, but 35k is a good chunk of change, especially in this economy.

That said, seeing stuff like this almost makes me wish I didn't have a real job so I could give owning a store like this a shot.
